Saturday, February 6th, 2009, the desert valley communities came together for a memorable night at the Palm Desert Community Presbyterian Youth Center for what was called a 'Community Unity Concert Event', hosted by the University Baptist Church and others. Together, The S.O.G. Crew, Dominic Balli & The Roots Republic, and Set Free brought a remarkable night to many! One 60 year old woman said with full excitement and joy, "Thank you so much for having this concert! In all my 60 years I've never been to a concert! This is my first! And it was amazing! It was so much fun! Thank you so much!" Many kids, teens; and, even adults were dancing and singing along with the songs making it a fun free night!
